The first interview was fantastic! The team's culture was exceptionally high, and they were friendly, asking thoughtful questions. The next step, a day at the company, was equally impressive. However, there is one significant issue – the top-level managers seem unaware that their teams don't actually require new employees. It's frustrating to see numerous job applications online of TK when the reality is that they don't have a genuine need for new hires. Despite this, I still highly recommend giving it a shot, as the company's culture is absolutely fantastic.
