There was an initial interview with one manager, and a second interview immediately after once another manager had reviewed the notes from the first manager. There was a discussion of previous experience and preferences for working around the store, such as cash register experience.

Overall it was a simple interview process. I had a phone interview going over main responsibilities and a description of the job. They asked mainly questions about my availability and hours. The process was quick and simple.

It was quick and easy to apply and they responded within one week to set up an interview. The interview itself was very informal and conversational. The manager was friendly and comfortable speaking.
