Interview
It was really simple. I applied online first and received a phone call within a few days of applying to make an appointment for an interview. The interview was very relaxed and the managers were really welcoming and easy to talk to. This is my first real job besides babysitting and I was really happy they offered me a position without any retail experience ( I have a lot of leadership positions though!).
It was quick and easy. Very straight forward, but thorough. It was in person and I got a call the next day that i was hired. This was three years ago so it might be different now.
The interview consisted of A brief Phone screen followed by an in person interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Questions were relayed to experience from last jobs and responding to customer service scenarios.

Interview
Very simple and easy and immedietly got an offer. Although I had very open availability and I speak spanish. Questions were mostly about how to handle stress or certain situations and also availaibility.
