Usually, screened by one or more current store managers to get a feel for the position and company culture and to review qualifications for the position if Store Manager(s) feel you maybe a good match you are than interviewed by a district manager. You must past a back ground check. No skill or drug testing is required.

Question 1
Behavior based leadership questions. Tell me about... a reward structure or incentive that you established to accomplish a goal. How effective was it? Describe how you organize your day?
Quick to respond to application. Applied and was contacted on the same day and scheduled interview within the week. Looking forward to the communication continuing and seeing where this goes.
There were 5 Hiring Managers Interviewing 30 People who had made it thru the initial screening process. About 10 people there including myself were over 40. Most looked to be in their 20s and were not professionally dressed some looked like they came directly from the park. They were also hiring for assistant managers with a minimum of 2 years experience. It takes a lot to run a store even with support staff. I was not asked much in way of questions or scenarios. There was a salary range given. I think I looked too expensive and they preferred young and cheap.

Interview
Application to interview and second level went very quickly (less than two weeks) and then nothing. I was told they needed to fill the position quickly and they would update me by the end of the week...three weeks ago. No rejection notice but that position was closed.
