One half-hour interview about personal experience and about self. I was asked very common and basic interview questions. I did not have much work experience and they were very accepting of that. I think attitude and personality play a big role.
very simple, easy questions, quick and under 30 mins. know that they have a front of house and back of house; back of house typically unloads the truck in the morning.

Professional and engaging interview process. The staff was welcoming as I visited the local store. They led me to the hiring manager who was energetic, displayed great communicable skills, and knowledgeable. I was engaged in an interview with seasoned managerial presence, history, and associate expectations. I'm delighted to join the TJ Maxx family!
