They will call you and speak to you in the office. They will ask you basic questions about customer service. Dress nice and be friendly and act professional. Overall it was a good experience

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
