Interview
The interview was roughly 30 to 45 minutes and it was just really basic interview questions such as scenario questions and my past job experience. They also asked basic history of TJ Maxx such as how they operate and their sister stores.

Question 1
What would you do if a customer was lashing out at you?
Quick and easy. Lasted around 15 minutes. They evaluate your genuine interest in the company and the role, your preparedness for the position, and your potential to add value to their team.
I was only asked a few questions by the hiring manager. It seemed more like a conversation than an interview. The most important thing was my availability. I was told what my pay would be and then I was hired on the spot.

It was a great mutual experience, the manager was very friendly and we had a great conversation about the company. I left the interview feeling excited for the opportunity.
