I had an interview and got hired that same day shortly after my interview. I talked to two managers and after they privately spoke to each other they both agreed to hire me. The interview was 1 on 1. It was very casual and easy.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
