I interviewed with two women who went down a check list asking me a series of questions about work history, past experience, and hours. They asked about past retail experience. Where I would prefer to work if I got the position.

It was a two parter, one on the phone, and one in person. It was a typical interview with the standard "why do you want to work here" and then what they expect from you as a employee.
Very straightforward and simple. It was a phone call with the hiring manager. Super easy peasy, nothing to stress about. Just be confident and kind. It took all of maybe half an hour, maybe less.
