Interview
One of the main questions is what customer service is to you. Your references are very important, they won't hire you until they speak with all three of them.
Very straight forward. Asked about previous experience, strengths and weaknesses. Explained the job requirements and tasks. Asked all the regular questions. It was very smooth, and it didn't feel very timid.
Very easy, they just ask u ur availabilty not too hard and not something you would need to prepare for or anything. I also wore jeans too and they did not mind
