1) Written test- Basic LSRW skills tested 2) Group discussion- Communication skills and fluency tested 3) Personal Interview- Creative thinking tested The Interview process was well-structured and lasted for a day. The panel consisted of three members. The members were polite and made me feel at ease. Details regarding remuneration and benefits were discussed in detail after the personal interview.
