Interview
There were in total 5 Rounds including Managerial Round and HR Round. Overall good experience, panel will support you if you are feeling nervous. If you are getting a chance to interview for TIAA you must go for it.
3 rounds of interviews. Panel, hiring manager and director. They make sure you are at ease while getting to know you and your work experience. It was personable and overall great experience.

Described previous duties in similar roles. Questions mostly focused on identity management. At the time the organization was involved in mergers and needed a member of the team that could handle multi-domain integration, with a strong background in windows scripting.
