Absurd !!! Gave interview and seems that I wasted my time giving interview.
I answered all the questions person asked. And later shared the feedback on the basis of area on which he did not asked a single question.

Quick and seemingly automated. No company has turned me down as quickly as TIAA, but they were transparent for the whole process. The job portal is navigable and the application forms are pretty boilerplate.
