Interview
I was invited for an interview with the Hiring Manager and someone from HR. It was a strange one as I felt the interviewers were going through the motions when asking the questions (it was a Friday afternoon but still...) The Hiring Manager was new to the role and couldn't clearly explain the role that thoroughly, as well as how this role would tie into theirs. The worst moment was when the Hiring Manager started texting midway through the interview. I was so put off by this unprofessional behaviour that I stopped answering a question that the HR person had asked and waited for the other interviewer to get off their phone. Later on in the week, I contacted HR and asked them to withdraw my application for the role. Not the company for me, even if they do have a bar in their office.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TI Media (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
Thorough but friendly. The team seemed professional but also cared about the individual sat in front of them. Very human experience and definitely one of the better, less stressful interviews I’ve had.

Interview
I applied online through Indeed I believe it was and they got back to me a few weeks later. I was invited for a first round interview. It was informal in the sense it was actually quite nice. It was for Trusted Reviews as they are under the TI Media Group.
My portfolio was displayed on a big screen and we went through it.
They offered me a second round but I actually had taken another role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
As it's an editorial/publishing company, how would you handle journalism? Are you okay with being in front of camera?
Furthermore, if an interview/piece was scheduled internally and was cancelled and that content needed to be put out soon, how would you go about re-organising the interview?
