Submitted an application and was promptly connected with the HR Recruiter, Tatum. Tatum was responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. Completed a phone interview with her covering basic information (experience background, etc.), then was scheduled for a virtual interview with the Clinical Director who further discussed the role, program and team dynamic with me. Whole process was relatively quick, which I appreciated.

Easy and straightforward. They do require a writing sample. I did a phone interview and then a zoom interview. Very nice and cordial experience. I have nothing bad to say about the experience.
Phone screening with recruiter/Human Resources followed by scheduled full interview with on-site staff and management. The typical interview questions you’d expect to get about any clinical position- scope of practice, experience, specialities, personal career goals, etc.
