Last year they offered me an interview after completing a 'short task'. I'd spent so much time on it, compromising my other commitments to get it done. I was totally willing to do that considering they seemed like a great company to work for, but they not only failed to reply to my booking slot for an interview yet completely withdrew my application for no apparent reason. If they sent reason (such as filling the position), that would be totally understandable, but after trying to get in touch countless times with no response, it was entirely disheartening.
Subsequently, other reviews said to avoid this place due to its work culture and poor management. Looking back it seems like a blessing in disguise. For a company that boasts early career development, it felt like a scam. While I get its for graduate/internship roles so they have the power, would you really want to work for a place that fails to deliver on their end on the first hurdle?
