The interview process was good. I had two interviews but it ended up being mutually agreed upon that it wasn't the right fit for either of us. They were very transparent with me the whole time about the role and the realities of it. They answered all my questions well and I felt that they were very friendly and honest people. I just didn't think it was for me. If they end up having any other open positions anytime soon I would apply again because the organization itself seemed great. I just didn't know how successful I could be at that type of recruiting or how happy I would be in that role. If they ever need an organizational development consultant or change management manager or any other type of more internal people-focused/HR functions, I'll apply again.
