Initial call with HR, standard and straight forward. Second round is a video call with HR AND CEO. Nothing out of the ordinary, questions around experience etc. Third round: mock cold call. Again straight forward, given a brief before hand to follow. Fourth round: was meant to be in person meeting but due to a hiring freeze after 3 rounds this never took place
