Showed me their social. Asked for my ideas to improve. I emailed, I went in for 2nd interview.
Then asked me to work for a day - no pay. (Huge Red Flag)

They showed me a lot of the social posts they had created. Pretty rudimentary and a little misguided in terms of strategy. They asked how I would change and why.

Really nice people people. Very friendly and standard interview.
There was some brief talk about money and they said casually that "we wont be able to match that," and I let them know that I wanted the job so wanted to work with them.
I assumed we were going to "work it" since they gave me some work to do for them to show them my photoshop skills and what I could do with their ideas.
I did it. Emailed it to them, and to this day still waiting for even a "no, thanks."
