1 interview with the PI and whole the group lab members by the zoom around 30 min. I had an interview post covid so I do not know if it is in person right now. But the PI was really friendly and smiley face, the lab members are son young and friendly, mostly was about how i will fit with the lab, about lab culture and if my personality fits with the lab members. The lab was really big, PI had a lot of projects and the money coming from the grant, so then I realized that he was hiring at least 3-4 people more including me. So I was lucky that I could get into the lab with a lot of budget, at the right time, right place. They were looking for someone not an expert but the one who can easily adapt and learn any new technique
