Well Structured, Deeply thought questions, A very good 20 minute test followed by questions and technical explanations I was surprised by the amount of preparation the interviewers had done before the interview- to study me, my past, how would i fit in, which areas i would need to concentrate more etc.The whole process took half a day and i should say they far exceeded my expectations on how an interview can be done..!!!
