• One-on-one or panel interview.
• Questions are often based on:
• TfL Behaviours (collaboration, responsiveness, customer service)
• Your CV / experience
• Technical knowledge (if applying for an engineering or project role)
• Situational or competency-based questions (e.g. “Tell me about a time you faced a challenge…”)
• Sometimes a technical task or case study is included if it’s a specialist role.
