Long virtual interview process (~15-20 hours with project and presentation prep time) spread across several months. Team seemed friendly but disorganized and my impression was they were somewhat stressed. There are some Glassdoor reviews supporting this. It would be helpful to give rejected candidates feedback after investing so much time interviewing.
Interview stages:
1. Initial meeting with hiring manager.
2. Sizeable take-home project.
3. Project discussion with sub-team.
4. Technical presentation to department.
5. Discussion with C-suite officer.
6. Discussion with another sub-team in department.
7. Discussion with sub-team in a different department.
8. Short rejection email without feedback.
