Screening call with HR (if you give a salary range they just take the lowest number as your ask), call with an associate, supervised modeling test with the VP of acquisitions, call with director of finance.

Question 1
modeling test was building a value add acquisition model from scratch, with cap stacks, returns, and sensitivity analysis in 2 hrs.
It was challenging, I have four interview by teams. Also, I did an accounting exam with 10 question that I had to send. They run a criminal record. Finally, I had a final interview with Director of Accounting and COO of the company but physically at Terra.
Microsoft team interviews they ask pretty easy questions. The interviewers are very easy to talk to. It honestly depends on your own experience. Most of the interview persons were directly related to my experience. As a project accountant in my past roles.
