Worked with Sterling Engineering (a recruiting firm) to obtain an interview. The initial process with Sterling was very professional and went smoothly. I was quickly set up with an interview at Tempco. The interviewers included the VP of Operations and the Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
Both interviews went well and the interviewers seemed very friendly. I made sure to emphasize when interviewing with the ME Manager that I was still fairly green and had no experience in metal forming/tooling. I was assured that there would be plenty of assistance and I would be eased into the position.
I was called back for a meeting with the head of the HR department for a brief personality/skill assessment and was sent on my way. I received an offer within two days of the skill assessment and started the following Monday.
