I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TELUS (Montreal, QC)
Interview
1 phone interview
1 in-person interview with a manager
1 other in-person with upper management, including a presentation of a case study
Despite having taken a lot of my own time (I am currently employed) to go through the interview process, work extra hours on presenting their case study, both hiring managers did not have the decency to even contact me and let me know that the position was filled, despite my follow-ups. After the first round 1, it can be understandable, but by the 3rd round interview, it's a matter of usually 2-3 candidates to choose from - and you can and you SHOULD say something to those who weren't selected.
Very inconsiderate and disrespectful.

Q: Convince me you'll be a part of Telus for the longterm.
Causal conversation. Asked about previous position, key learnings from experience, and how you handle challenges with examples. Asked what your goals were and what you're hoping to gain from the position.

Question 1
Behavior round: standard questions, but something telus specific like: 2 potential growth opportunities you see at Telus
HR round: why telus, what's your next 5 year plan, why marketing
I applied online. I interviewed at TELUS (Montreal, QC) in Sept 2019
Interview
It was great. They asked me standard behavioural interview indicating leadership, teamwork, and marketing projects. Some technical interviews with the video platform (as I applied for a position in another city) but it was pretty predictable.

Question 1
Why Telus and marketing if you come from a different background?
