I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TELUS (Guatemala City) in Feb 2022
Interview
Very informal, I was reaching out by a recruited on LinkedIn, she shares the Job description and asked if I was interested. She sent me a link to choose a time in her calendar. The meeting was set and that says she did not contact me basically I was stood up. I reached out as a courtesy and she said sorry, let me know other time and I provide other day in my calendar and again I was stood up. Overall, what a bad experience I had very unprofessional.

Overall quite normal as long as you have the PM mindset and focus project delivery. 3 Rounds of interview including phone interview. Final interview with team members. Highly focus time management.
