Interview
There was a fairly extensive process. There was a timed entrance exam with some situational and mathematical questions themed around customer service. There was a waiting period between the exam and hearing back from Telus of a few weeks. There was an in-person interview before receiving a job offer.

We had a discussion regarding LEAN management and how it's incorporated into the TELUS culture.
2 part process with a video screening before moving onto the virtual interview. Questions focused on the app and how you would deal with patients. It was about a month process.
Meet with recruiter, then move onto interview with director, and finally a panel interview. In the panel interview you get given a case study to read which is then followed by answering some questions.

It wasn't that hard, the interviewer asked some common questions about myself, why I wanted to work there an so on. It was pretty easy being honest, I think that was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had and I'm currently working at Telus.
