the typical process is a screening call, where the role, interview process, company is explained in greater detail. You are then required to complete a basic listening test to ascertain language capability, and voice projection. the final stage is an interview, where they ask mainly competency questions and a role play scenario
It was stressful .I don’t expected but it was in 2 languages. There were a lot of questions. The annoying thing for me was that it was switching from one language to another.
Brief phone interview. Asked about previous experience. And they judge your phone speaking ability. It’s abit too brief and the conversation from the interviewer is very scripted. Maybe it would be better to have an opportunity for a face to face interview.
