I applied online, a preliminary interview with TA was scheduled promptly. The interview was around 45m and went very well. Received a personality test as a next step, a week or two later followed up and learned I was eliminated. As an HR professional it does not sit well with me that the interview went well enough to advance me to the testing stage then I was eliminated, it could give the impression that the decision was made on the personality test results, which would not be best practice or fair. Telus seems to have a great culture this is something to be addressed in the workflow of TA, testing should be done at the last stage. My current employer did the personality test after the offer stage.
