I applied to several positions at the company which seemed to fit my profile and knowledge, especially my language skills. I applied online through the online Telus portal. I got a call 4 days later for one of the positions. I was outside and could not talk, but still the HR representative persisted and we had a conversation. I asked if they have other mid-senior or senior positions and they said they are reserved for people in the company and/or who know the projects better. So only customer support positions as far as I understand, which I didn't want to to all over again. Salary was as expected for this position, but low for me. Some of the projects included social media moderator 24/7 and video games customer support We agreed to talk again and I was expecting a call and an email the day after with additional offers and starting dates for the different positions we talked, but none of them came. So mainly customer support positions and similar with different languages, will not apply again since I am looking for something better and to my level.
