Interview
I was referred to the company through a friend that worked there. There was a quick turnaround from my application to the interview. I had an in-person interview with the DBO. I was brought back in for a team interview, I sat down with multiple individuals to get a feel for what their day-to-day looked like. This gave me a chance to ask questions and get a better feel to see if this was something I would enjoy. They are very straight forward and tell you how it is. Comfortable atmosphere while interviewing. During the second interview I was there for about half of the day.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
