several interviews - phone call, coffee, maybe another coffee, shadow day (meet everyone in the pit), Panel Interview, Dinner or Happy Hour to offer job. Very conversational - they just want to get to know you and make sure you get along well with the team. Want to hear honesty and realy stories.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
