1 conversation with recruiter (phone) - This was very general and more of a broad screening. 1 conversation with Account Leader (phone - More specific screening but still informal. 1 Webex interview with the employer. This meeting was 5 people and was a structured interview.

The recruiter was so caught up in following his checklist and lacked knowledge in what he was hiring for. The questions were not difficult, but communicating with the recruiter was.
