Interview
I was contacted by an internal recruiter and interviewed with her twice. I was then recommend to skip an interview or so I was told, I then interviews with three of their account managers. The process was lengthy and they told me "this is going to be like a normal interview, we want to get to know you". That being said I tried to change it up and go into more detail, so they could "get to know me". That tactic did not work, when I called back it took a week to get in touch with my contact person. I was told I was to detailed and that they forgot the questions they had asked, so that being said, don't treat it as if it different from any other interview.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
