I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Southfield, MI) in Jun 2012
Interview
I had a great experience. I had one phone screen with the Branch Officer. A week later they brought me in for an in-person, where I interviewed with the same Branch Officer and an Account Manager. They asked the standard interview questions but made it conversational which put me at ease. The following week they brought me in for a half day where I basically spoke with more Account Managers and Recruiters in the office. Finally, during that same half day they took me to lunch and asked a couple follow up questions. A couple days after that I was offered the position. The ordeal took about 3 and a half weeks.
