interviewed with 4 people, started with a phone interview, 2 1 on 1's, and then a panel. Tough questions, very concerned about how you fit culturally within the organization. Wasn't overly concerned with my background, more my work ethic and cultural fit.

The interview was very easy and straightforward. The person who interviewed me just asked simple questions about my work history to see if I would align with the contract. I was also asked about healthcare experience as the role was with insurance.
Fast paced and quick. They make decisions fast without waiting a ton of time. Only a couple steps and interviews to complete. Overall good interview experience I had. Good luck on your interview
