I applied to their posting through Indeed. The recruiter reached out to me a few days later, via email, and requested an in-person interview a few days later. I showed up for the interview 10 minutes prior, as I always do, and they kept me waiting in the lobby for over 40 minutes. When he finally came and got me I had a brief discussion with him about the role and he told me not to discuss my salary expectations with the person I would be supporting. I asked him why and I stated I provided my salary expectations when I filled out the online application and it was obvious no one bothered to look at it. I waited another 5 minutes before the executive I would be supporting came into the small conference room and I shared with him I was a big fan of show he produced and we briefly discussed my background but I could tell right away he wasn't impressed with me. I wrote a thank you note and a month later received a "thanks but no thanks" email letting me know the position had been filled. Overall it was a very unprofessional, negative experience?
