Interview
Virtual Interview & Assessment. Each lasted about 30 minutes with 3 hiring managers. Overall welcoming experience. More technical qs than behavioral ones so would be useful to prep about ur role.

Interview
I had one of the most exhausting and disheartening interview experiences with TEG. After clearing the initial round, I was given a heavy technical challenge — to build an entire ticketing system in .NET . I managed to get it fully working .
However, the feedback focused heavily on minor clean code practices and lack of inline comments, rather than acknowledging the working solution or the complexity tackled . The entire tone of the feedback was dismissive, and the process made me question my capability, despite years of real-world software engineering experience.
This kind of environment may not be healthy for experienced candidates, especially those looking for a collaborative and growth-oriented team. It felt more like a test to break you down than evaluate you meaningfully.
Advice to others:
If you value respectful evaluation and balanced feedback, think twice before investing time and energy in TEG's interview process.

Interview
Thé communication in the lead up to the interview was good, but the interview expérience itself was awful. I had to wait 40mins past my scheduled interviewed time to be interviewed. At no point in that 40mins did anyone let me know what had happened. Since being interviewed, I have received no contact at all from TEG, and it been 3 weeks. Emails to the original HR contact but the email has bounces back. I think this very poor conduct from a company of this size, and quite ironic as I interviewed for customer service role, and I myself received terrible candidate expérience. Seems these recruitment personnel need a few lessons to how to respectful interview candidates.
