The process was straightforward. After applying, I was invited to complete a short Workwolf/Packfinder soft skills assessment to evaluate personality, communication style, and overall fit for the IT Technical Recruiter role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The assessment focused more on work style and personality than traditional interview questions. It asked about attention to detail, communication, motivation, and how I approach workplace situations.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TEEMA Solutions Group (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
Straightforward, informative, and casual
They want you to chat with 2-3 more TEEMA members to better understand the role, expectations, and overall experience before moving forward. It’s a chance to get more insight.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself
What were your metrics at your last position?
A recruiter enticed me with an open position with an attractive OTE, and asked if I had a few minutes to chat on the phone.
I hopped on the call and was bombarded with 20 questions about what I was looking for.
After 10 minutes, he said he'd email me the job posting instead of talking about it. It was a waste of my time as the job isn't related to what my experience is, and he said he only reached out because his manager had asked him to reach out.
It was a complete waste of time and felt like the recruiter was just trying to meet a minimum quota of people he talks to. I asked him to remove my information from their system but he felt hesitant to do. "I'll just send you the email and you decide from there" is what he said.
