From the beginning the process was pretty sloppy; a recruiting coordinator reached out to me to schedule a phone screening. The coordinator had a lack of follow up, with sloppy communication. She would confirm a call at one time in an email but send an invite for a different time, there were clearly email templates used where the 'insert here' phrases weren't updated before the email was sent. After calling into a conference call for the phone screen I waited 15 min but the Recruiter I was supposed to speak to never arrived. After scheduling a second call and speaking to the recruiter, I was scheduled to speak to the CFO who was very unprepossessing. Most of his questions didn't seem to have much of a point as they were very broad rather than focused or experienced based. This could be a great company for someone else as TEECOM seems like they have a good culture. On a positive note I'm grateful they sent me a note advising they would not move forward with my application so I can continue my search.
