I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at TE Connectivity in Jan 2023
Interview
Getting to the interview was quick and relatively straightforward. There was a Group interview with current rotational engineers and program coordinator. More behavioral questions. I did need to follow up after for a response after the interview

Question 1
What was one situation where you worked with a difficult team member and how did you handle that?
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at TE Connectivity (Winston-Salem, NC) in Dec 2016
Interview
Phone screening with talent specialist (talked about my experience and what I was looking for in a job; ended up giving me the number of a previous rotational to talk to about the program), then flew down to NC for interview with 3 different people (1 was telepresence). They obviously paid for the flight, hotel, & rental car.
