Multiple rounds interviewing with one person at a time - friendly dynamic seemed to be focused on getting to know candidates. Interviewers asked different questions that they seemed to be picking themselves.

Asked about my background and why I was interested in changing jobs
lengthy with many people, extended over 4 months, first with recruiter, then HR, then hiring manager, then 4 other managers. Then took awhile to get a feedback. I had to check with the recruiter every 2 weeks after the last interview to get an answers.
Very good but have total 3 rounds with different people with each more than one hour
