I applied online to about 5 different postings. I was contacted and interviewed by the college recruiter. We had a 30 minute behavioral interview and I got to ask questions at the end. A few days later she reached out to organize an interview with my future manager. Twenty minutes where she just asked me to talk about my resume and asked more behavioral questions.

Interview
Short 15-minute interview via zoom/microsoft teams focusing on knowing each other, and site visits and technical interviews included lab technical test. Very chill interview, the interviewers are very friendly and not dominating.

Second: call with HR with offer, about availability to start working, permit status as student
Third: hiring process- another call with HR, and emails with offer and later with contract and information
