Very uncomfortable and stressful. Demotivating!!
The interview was conducted in two rounds both almost technical rounds.
First round was virtual and the second round was on-site (Berlin).
The first round was ok. Purely technical questions, nothing behavioral or organisational.
During the onsite, I was given a sensor and asked to assemble it and write down process steps for its assembly and decide cycle times for each process.
At the end I was given an assignment to submit after four days!!!! I recieved rejection a few days after I invested my time to complete and submit the assigment.
At the end the manager was looking at my resume and remarked ' I dont have any speciality experience!!" , after one hour interview and calling me on-site!.
Only one head of the department involved in the whole process. There were no plesant converstations and professional behaviour (sarcastic remarks were passed when some questions were not answered), it was quite demotivating. Never expected the Treatment from a person in such a respected position.
Thank god the HR person was better, quite motivating and encouraging most of the time.
