Submitted application online and was called by TD HR in about 3 hours (no joke). Had a phone interview on the spot and he passed my resume to the branch I applied to. 2 days later I got a call from the branch to have an interview the following week. Had my interview and the following week I was offered the position. The whole process was very fast for me. I must have applied at the perfect time.

Interview
HR interview was on call - brief questions on past experience and explained the culture and role expectations. This was followed by hiring manager and branch manager. In person meeting at the branch
Was quick and concise, with a screening phone call with a recruiter first and then an in-person interview with the Store Manager and Store Supervisor. All signing documents were sent out fast and within the month I was set to start.

there were two interviews with the hiring manager and HR person. took approximately 3 weeks from begin to end of when first applied. normal type of behaviour questions were asked
