I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2019
Interview
Received the prescreening from the recruiter, after 2 weeks, received a phone interview from TD bank, finally arranged a face to face interview in 100 welling street west. The face to face one is a panel interview, three managers in it. Some behavior questions, like the recent conflict in your job and how do you handle it, what kind of way do you prefer to work? and asked you to give a simple financial statement analysis in one minute.
I applied online. I interviewed at TD (Greenville, SC)
Interview
Was contacted by recruiter to go over background/work experience. She then explained what job entailed then set up interview with hiring managers. I interviewed with two hiring managers. They acted as if they didn’t want to be there and were uninterested. I knew then that I wasn’t interested in moving forward if these were the managers I’d be working under. Asked about work experience, what I knew about the position I was applying for, and situational questions.
