TCP Software Tech Support Representative interview questions

My friend reffered me to tcp and they called me after one week only when my friend asked to after a short on call interview they scheduled an onsite interview .. and in the interview judged me for working in a company only for 1 year and 11 months and why not for a longer period. In short my work experience gap mattered the most than my skills. Asked the interviewer about the feedback time and they said it will take 2-3 days which was totally not the case. After waiting for more than 15 days and 3 emails from their side to wait for feedback. I just received an automated email with no proper feedback which was really unprofessional. The overall company is good but their recruitment process is really unapologetically pathetic.
