Online personality-style test with heavy questions on multi-tasking and priority shifting; online on-site automotive engineering basics and safety testing (timed), had to sign a confidentiality agreement, wear an "escorted visitor badge" and stay in designated areas and with designated employees for the company tour, had to identify certain processes involved in technology, drug testing (off-site, employer-contracted physician), resume review.
