Interview
Three rounds, HR, then potential managers, then group lead. There is the chance you'll also interview with the CEO/President, but that depends on his availability.

Fairly straightforward review of your experiences. Not a lot of situational questions.
The questions are relatively easy and the interviewers did a good job at setting the stage. However, the process was extremely lengthy and the recruiter followed up with the final decision in always a month's time.

- What's the difference between research and evaluation
- Is there anything else about you that you'd like us to know
Several rounds of interviews. Phone screening, then another phone screening, then an in-person with several people. Then I had to wait several weeks to hear back.
